Myth: Mid-table teams tend to score/concede more at the end of the season. True or False?

Hello Bettors,

Another day - another idea. Today we are going to investigate a scenario which a lot of us have thought or heard about it. Do teams placed at the mid-table, around the end of the season, are far more relaxed on both offence and defence, so that Over2.5 will appear more often as an outcome?

In order to apply this idea on BetSuitePro, we have to get our thoughtsto paper:

    1. We will only take into consideration mid-table teams, placed from 10th to 18th position. A need to cover each league availiable exists for us, so we choose that range because in some leagues there are less teams playing.

    2. The game number is another crucial filter of our idea. Moving the bar a little, you can find out the most profitable. A range of 9 game weeks will be selected from 30 to 38 game week.

    3. Now that we have filtered the teams as we wanted, it's time to check in which leagues we can find profit (>10% yield) and we are ready.

Here is how the system should look like:

As we can see there are 12 leagues in which we can apply our idea and will provide profit. More than enough, in order to consider the sample valid.

So the myth happens to be totally true. Teams with no achievable goals tend to be more relaxed and score/concede more.
